[carpe] Closed to friends/family- It's that time again

This time Asato was ready for it. The feelings of restlessness, of warmth, and of a desire to be around people was enough of a warning to send him out into the woods again. He was armed with his sword, blankets, a tent and enough supplies to last him a week just in case.

When he'd made camp, far away from everyone, it was already much too hot and he curled up on his blankets, shutting his eyes and curling up on himself.


It's spring and that means it's time for Asato and his heat. He'll be away from the Mansion for a little over a week and will not be friendly to strangers or people he doesn't totally trust.

Even in this state, Asato needs to eat and he's probably coming back from a hunt of his own to his little camp when he comes across Anita. It takes him a moment to recognize her through his own distraction, his fur bristling a bit in confusion.

When he does realize who it is, he relaxes slightly.

The big cat looks up at Asato, recognizing the scent. Her tail flicks, inviting him to come closer.

When she's in this form, Asato can't help but be hesitant and respectful at the same time. He bows his head and moves a bit closer, crouching far enough back to not intrude in her personal space.

Cat!Anita purrs, flicks her ears in recognition, and stretches. He's welcome to come and join kitty pile.

Kitty pile sounds good and Asato inches closer until he can actually touch her fur. He'll echo her purr with his own.

Car!Nita shifts her head to nuzzle into his hand, still purring like a small motor, and stretches, inviting him to join her in laziness.

Asato smiles, still a bit shyly, and moves to lie down near her. Lazy is good and maybe a nap will take his mind off of the heat.

The Nita!cat shifts to snuggle closer, she might put her head on his shoulder, purring warmth radiating through her white fur.

Asato curls up against her, liking her warmth and scent. "Thank you."

Anita purrs, nuzzles him gently, trying to be soothing.

She is and he's grateful for the affection. He purrs back, a low, constant rumble, wanting to offer her comfort as well.
